Underage sales
Route 45 Cigars LLC. does not sell and will not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18. Route 45 Cigars does not sell cigarettes. By agreeing to our terms, you are defining that you are at least 18 years of age and are able to legally buy tobacco or tobacco products in your state. Any illegal purchasing of tobacco or tobacco products here is the sole responsibility of the buyer and cannot be the responsibility of Route 45 cigars, LLC.
Sales tax
Sales tax of 6% is added to all purchases within the state of Florida. For purchases from other states it is your responsibility for all sales tax or other taxes.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cigars the buyer must contact us within 3 days upon receiving merchandise for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be in original packaging. Please do not send back partially smoked cigars. We reserve the right to refuse or issue partial credit for cigars not returned in satisfactory condition.
Shipping and Handling
Currently Route 45 Cigars only ships within the 48 continental USA. Most orders ship within 2 business days of receipt.
